Updated: Jul 10, 2024

I love getting new perspectives and current health information that is important to my clients.

I enjoy listening to new research and studies on heart health, aging, mental health, and longevity on podcasts made by the top health professionals and wellness influencers in their field of study.

It is how I’m able to keep up with current research on all things health and wellness, during my busy day to day life.

Over the last few years I’ve found a few that truly shine and rely on evidence based research and protocols.

That is what is key here.

Anyone can make a podcast about health and wellness, but knowing what I am listening to has been studied and proven is most important to me.

So if you want to learn more about these topics as well, and want to know what you are hearing is based on well researched or proven data…then here are some great ones for you!
